The Ironing Hamper Terms and Conditions

Use of our services implies acceptance of these terms

Please ensure hangers are provided for your clothing items. All clothing will be returned on your supplied hangers or folded to your request. Unless otherwise agreed, all ironing will be carried out following instructions on the garment label where this is legible. Polythene garment covers are provided.​ We advise all customers to inspect their returned ironing upon delivery.  If there are any items that do not meet your standards then please call or text within 24 hours.

 

We reserve the right not to iron certain items such as overly dried, damaged, shiny, soiled or stained items. Overly Spun clothing causes severe creasing in delicate cotton or sateen items. Any overly dried/damaged items collected will be returned to you, un ironed to avoid any discrepancies. In the unlikely event of damage we will compensate up to a maximum of £30.00 per ironed item. 
 

Due to strictly working on one customer order at a time, Loss of items is not a consideration for the business. Please check the number of items you are sending for ironing prior.

Prices are correct to December 2024 and will be subject to review yearly

Minimum ironing turnaround is 48hours.
24 hour turnaround is not possible.

January 2025 - Payment for your Ironing is strictly required prior to or upon delivery of your ironing, by Cash or BACS payment. As a small business, credit terms are not an available option for me, timely payments are greatly appreciated in order to keep the ironing prices competitive and the business functional –Thank you
